The Development

Ringway House is a self contained, two-storey office building located in a highly prominent position on Preston’s busy Ringway.

Purchased in 2006, Maple Grove Developments has undertaken a full and extensive programme of refurbishment including major internal and external improvements. Improvements include new internal fit-outs drawing on an open plan design, the creation of a new entrance at the rear of the building and 44 on-site car spaces.
